You will receive an email to notify you once your order has been shipped with a link to track your order through the carrier. Please note tracking links can take 24 hours to update with an estimated delivery date from the time they are sent.

You can also track your order directly through our website from the Track My Order page. Simply enter the email address used to place your order and the order number. Depending on the shipping carrier, our website may redirect you to another page to review the most up-to-date tracking information.

Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. Please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

Each piece of jewelry is carefully checked and cleaned before being placed in the custom Zohayo pouch and box.

Yes! We are happy to provide complimentary gift wrap on our jewelry! Please leave a gift message or special request in the message box under the shopping bag.  We will wrap each item separately in a Zohayo gift box and include a gift note to your order.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered, we recommend checking around your property, with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. In some cases, packages may be left in a secure location or marked as delivered shortly before arrival.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to assist.

Please note that ZoHaYo Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier, including delivery confirmation and/or photo evidence.

Orders confirmed as lost in transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to review.

We want you to love every piece from ZoHaYo. If for any reason it's not the perfect fit, we're happy to offer free exchanges for U.S. customers and easy returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging.
• Items must be purchased directly from our website.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Free exchanges are available for U.S. customers. Please contact us before returning your item so we can assist with the exchange process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we'll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can start a return through our online return portal by entering your email address and order number. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back so we can assist you with the exchange process.

U.S. returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee of $4.95, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

International return shipping costs are calculated at the time the return label is created and may vary depending on destination and carrier rates.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Absolutely! We stand behind the quality of our items. If you encounter any defects or experience breakage within 120 days of purchase, rest assured, it's covered under our warranty. Please contact us for further assistance. Kindly note that our warranty does not cover lost items or items purchased more than 120 days ago.

We take pride in the materials we use for our pieces! Each piece is made from hypoallergenic gold and silver PVD plated brass which is 100% lead & nickel free. This means you get jewelry that’s not only durable and long-lasting but also kind and gentle to your skin.

We are happy to share that all of our jewelry is made from the highest quality brass that is 100% lead & nickel-free and plated with 18K gold and silver using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). This enables our jewelry to be hypoallergenic. This new, modern way of plating, is ten times thicker than standard gold plating, is environmentally friendly, and uses a vacuum coating process, resulting in an extremely durable finish. This durability naturally makes it almost anything proof!

All Zohayo jewellery is 100% lead & nickel-free.

The PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating on our items guarantees that you will not have discoloration or fading issues with our jewelry, meaning no green marks on your skin.

Cleaning Tips:

• Use only water and mild soap to wash your jewelry.
• Use a soft cloth to help clean it (no abrasive cleaning tools).
• Regularly cleaning your pieces can keep residues to a minimum making them shine on the daily.

Storage Tips:

• Your jewelry already comes with our ZoHaYo pouch which is perfect for keeping your jewelry safe!
• It's always best to store your jewelry in a way where they aren't rubbing against each other to prevent scratches.
• Make sure your jewelry is dry before storing it.

All payments on our website are processed in USD.

We accept payments using all major credit cards and debit cards. Aside from the major credit cards, we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay!
When selecting PayPal as a payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to https://f0a053-2.myshopify.com.

You can order a digital gift card here!
You'll receive an email with your gift card details shortly after purchase. You will also receive a separate email with the gift card number and a link to access the digital gift card. If you are giving the Zohayo digital gift card to someone else, we recommend forwarding the email with the card number and link to them. To apply a digital gift card to your order, enter your gift card number at checkout in the field labeled “discount code or gift card.”

While you can use gift cards alongside other payment methods, combining multiple gift cards is not supported. Additionally, using two different payment methods for a single transaction is also not possible.

Only one promo code may be applied to each order. If a second promo code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied.
